Florist quote, please...

I am looking for a quote on the following flowers.

Here is the list:

bride bok - mini cala lilies, stephanotis w/pearls & champagne roses
1 throwaway bok
1 MOH bok - all roses (Leonidis, Donna, Circus, Versilia)
4 bm bok - all roses (same as MOH)
1 groom - mini cala lilly
1FG basket with petals
1Ringbearer - cala lilly
4 groomsmen - 4 cala lilly
2 dads - 2 roses
1 grandfather - 1 rose
1 grandmother - (not sure if roses or cala lillies)
Brides mom - cala lillies
Grooms mom - cala lillies
altar flowers (roses)
6 bows for pews with BB (not sure what BB is)
16 centerpieces - 10 cala lillies in a clear glass cylinder with bear grass & votives
cake flowers
picture table - petals and votives

Can you please tell me if there is a significant price difference if I did all roses for everything except the brides bok (roses & cala lillies)?
