Florist Quote Please

My ceremony will be in Dix Hills and the reception in Carle Place (The Chateau) on Saturday, June 11, 2011.

I am searching for florist quotes for this:

15 cp - low
15 cp - high
My Bok
5 BM bok
8 bout
2 corsages
Ceremony - 2 pedestals, tulle
Place card table arrangement.

My color scheme is navy blue and silver.

I recently became engaged on 12/4/2010 and have been hall shopping as well. I'm looking to get quotes as well for florists so we can get an idea on our budget for the hall.
