Florist quotes, please

I'm looking for quotes for my May 31st, 2008 wedding at The Old Field Club in Setauket on Long Island.

I will need:
1 Bridal BoK
4 Bridesmaids BoK (not necessarily matching)
6 bouts
15-17 low flower centerpieces
2-6 kissing balls to hang in entranceway (can be made of something like massed carnations)
Pew decorations (getting married at the site, so the decorations will be tied on white folding chairs, something very simple)
Flowers for ladies room
Table decorations for cocktail hour 10-12 (can be simple, flowers floating in water, candles, etc)

My colors are light blue, champagne and chocolate brown and I love hydrangea, roses, peony, ranunculus, and I want some sort of incorporation of lily of the valley if possible. I don't want a lot of multicolor arrangements - I like streamlined color.

I'm trying to accomplish a look that is romantic and elegant - I like pretty urns, silver bowls, nothing too modern.

I appreciate any and all information you can give me.
