Flower Question

I saw this idea for CP and was wondering how much they would run - there would be low centerpieces in one color but with the type of flower alternated (for example: pink tulips on one table, pink peonies on another, pink hydreangas(?) on another). I wouldn't have to use those flowers, but want to use flowers in season in June( exactly what are those?). i would also want the arrangemants to look really full.
