Flower Quotes Please?

I was hoping there was a way to get a basic quote for my wedding day flowers before I come in for a meeting.
We are on a VERY tight budget all around, and I do not want to waste anyone's time.

I would need rose petals for about 15 tables at the reception.

I would like my BoK to be mostly blue flowers. I preffer blue roses but i know they are not natural and not everyone dyes them. Blue Hydrangeas with a mix of ivory or darker white roses or peonies might work just as well.

I would also need 3 boK's of ivory roses or peonies. Full but not huge.
I would need 2 smaller versions of that bok.
I also need one of those balls of flowers for my flowergirl, either roses or peonies in an ivory shade.

I do not want corsages for the moms. I'd like to do 2 or 3 roses in a small BoK for them.

we would need 9 bouteniers for the men. roses would work just fine i believe.
