i know ive been told to be careful around those holidays but my wedding falls the week after, should prices be less, still high or back to normal?

Prices will be normal after mothers day. I would say that Valentines day drives the prices up much more, especially roses. Plants are actually more popular for mothers day. The nurseries are usally packed.
