Flowers for reception

I love the look of floral arrangements from places like Bloom Flowers & Stonekelly in NYC - but their prices are a bit much. I was wondering what pieces like these might cost. Will they be as full & true to the picture? I am trying to find monochromatic & contemporary designs which do not have a lot of filler flowers & extra greens.

Everything I seem to find at florists always looks similar but like it's a 'knock off' version.

A few more! Also I couldn't find square Tapers like in the 2nd pictuure - are these rare?
