flowers for the vineyard caterers

i would like to know if there are any vendors out there that have done flowers for the vineyard caterers. i want to use callalilies for my centerpieces ( white ) but i dont know if that room is going to look right with only white flowers or if im going to need a splash of color. bm dresses are going to be champagne color. any imput would be appreciated.

I have done many weddings at Vineyard Caterers and i have done many different looks. Alot of the time people will do a Wine orienated theme, it looks nice, attached is a pic of something i just did there. High centerpieces as well as low work well in the room. I personally prefer low, round ones in that room. The ceilings are not super high, and your working with round tables. As far as your idea of using calla lillies i think it would look great, dont be concerned about color, i think its a very elegant look, possibly just callas in a cylinder vase with some bear grass.
