Flowers on a budget for 6/7/14

I am getting married on 6/7/14 all events will be at Insignia in Smithtown. We are looking for quotes for submerged flower (likely single bud or orchid) in vase with floating candle on top. I would also need a bridal bouquet, 4 BM bouquets and 5 boutineers.

Thanks
