flowers on a budget, need someone creative

Crest Hollow bride.

We are on a major budget. When it gets closer to the wedding, we may be willing to spend more, but right now I have to watch it. I really don't want to spend more than 200, though 150 was my original.
What I need is
1 bridal
3 bridesmaids
6 boutoniers
1 corsage

Silk is fine as long as it looks good. Or maybe a mix. I don't need something extravegant, though we are having a tropical/beach theme and was hoping to bring that out in the flowers some how. Girls dresses are pastel blue, flower print.

I like hand tied but I guess I can't be too picky.
