For Flowerfield

My ceremony starts at 6:30, but hospitality is at 6:00. What time should I put on my invitations? Thank you in advance!

Dear Christy,
If you place 6:30 Nuptuals on the invite you will have guests arriving late. Some guests always arrive late.
I always advise the invite for 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.If you invite guests for 6:30 many guests will miss the hospitality hour that you are paying for. Invite them for 6 PM. This way they will be on time for the ceremony. All the catering locations that I am associated with advise the invite for 30 minutes prior to the ceremony for this same reason. This is also what I advise in the seminars I give to brides and wedding consultants.

Good Choice for 6 PM - you will not be disappointed.Your guests will all be on time for the ceremony and will still be able to enjoy the hospitality hour.
