Full Service Catering and Jazz Trio

Throwing my husband a surprise 30th Birthday party on April 2, 2005 at our house. I was looking for set up, help, servers, cooks for the evening. I wanted to put together a menu where it would be entirely horsdeorves, cocktails, and a buffet line of desserts. I am also looking for someone to serve the liquor/soda. And help make it an aestetically pleasing party. It would be about 40 pp. Please quote or give me some recommendations. Looking for some thing sensational.

Also, looking for jazz trio to play popular songs for the few hours.

Just a quick note that Morans's recommends my office for music. I have an excellent jazz trio from my office that is available for your function.I have worked with Tom many times. He does a great job.
