Guest Transportation

I need transportation for 20+ people.
3:30 pick up from hotel to venue
11pm. pick up from venue, back to hotel.

The ceremony and reception is in the same location. Is there anyway we can be picked up and dropped off, without having the vehicle and driver waiting around till the night is over?
