Hair and Make-up vendors

Just wanted to share One of my frustrations/suggestions.

As a bride on a budget, it gets very pricey to pay for trial after trial and not really get what you want.

I understand that you need to be paid for your time doing trials. I get that. But I think a nice incentive would be to put some of the trial $ toward the 'day of' if she books with you. If she doesnt, then you get paid and it's a fair deal.

I know that for me, I would definitely be more apt to go to someone who had a deal like that or who offered a discount if I booked than to pay for a trial and then pay for day-of services.

It might be that you all have so much business that you can charge what you do without a system like this.

But as a bride, it can be very expensive and frustrating.

One vendor also offered free trials to the first 30 girls. I thought it was a smart way to generate business. I bet lots of girls will go and she may end up getting clients she never would have gotten without it.
