Hair and Makeup

I'm getting married Sept 9 and need someone to come to my house or go to a salon near Levittown for hair and makeup for me and 4 bridesmaids. We are taking pictures early (8 am!) so we need to have someone pretty early. Please let me know if you still have the date open and a general estimate of the prices/times you need to be here.
Thank you!
