Hair and Makeup

I have 8 bridesmaids and atleast 2 mothers/grandmothers who will need hair and make-up done (besides myself).
My wedding is 7/12/2009 @11:30 - so we would probably need more than one person doing hair and more than one doing make up. I know that day we will have to start getting ready VERY early.

I would love some quotes and/or suggestions.
