Hair and Makeup

Hi,
I am getting married Aug. 2, 2013 and will be getting ready at Glen Cove Mansion. I want to provide hair/makeup on site for myself, 7 bridesmaids, 6 flower girls, mother of bride and mother of groom potentially, but I won't be able to do it if it breaks the bank.

The hairdos, including mine, will be very simple. I want a fat bun, and the girls just want their hair up since it will be August. Nothing elaborate. Makeup could be done by the girls themselves except for me and my Mom. Everyone will be going for a pretty natural look.

I was thinking maybe the best thing is to try to hire makeup and hair artists hourly? The wedding ceremony is at 1:30, we'll start leaving the hotel at 12:30.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how I could do this for my wedding girls? And what time we might have to start to be ready on time? How much does something like this cost?
