hair & make up quotes - somone who is familiar with African American

Hi,

I'm looking for quotes for hair & make up; prefer someone who can do both, on location.

Will be getting ready in manhattan - venue to be determined.

Looking for someone who specializes in African American skin/hair.

thanks in advance!
