Hair & Makeup - On Site

I need most likely at least 2 people that can do hair and make up for me, my mother, my grandmother, flower girl, 2 Jr BM's, and possibly a few Bridesmaids. I would like someone who can stay on site for the ceremony and the reception so that I can make sure everything looks good for the pictures, then the ceremony and cocktail hour into the beginning of the reception. Please give me some sort of idea when it comes to pricing and a breakdown of where all the costs would come in.
