Hair quotes please--with specifics.

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to do hair for myself and 4 other ladies on Sat, Feb 5, 2005 who will travel to somewhere between Happauge and Oakdale (still to be determined). This is basically the style I'm looking for--parted on the side, mostly straight with very little curl on the bottom (maybe only one big curl or wave at the bottom). I have curly, shoulder-blade length hair.
How much would it cost for my hair on the day of the wedding?
Would you blow my hair out, or would you require that it already be straight to work with?
How much would you charge my girls for hair?
How much is a trial?
Where do you do trials from?
