Hair/make up quote

Hi I'm looking for pricing info for hair for the bride, 6 BM's, MOB, and probably MOG.

Make up would be for bride, and mothers.

We would be getting ready in either wingate inn, or at my home in Levittown.

Please include all info - prices for all, if you come to me, if I come to you, if theres an option & pricing difference, how much a trial would cost - if the trial cost is part of the day-of payment, etc.

Thank you
