Hair/Makeup Quotes & Timeline

My wedding is August 22, 2008. I am really not sure when I should begin scheduling trials for hair and makeup.

Also, can you supply me with quotes for both coming to my home and if I choose to come to you? There are 4 other girls in my party, plus 4 flower girls who need to be done in addition to myself.
