Hall question Please Help

I am 12 people short of meeting my minimum. I recently had a family death and many guest change their mind and are not coming. I have a meeting with my hall Friday for the final count. Do you think that they will give me a vinesse hour. I know that I have to pay for 140 people but I don't want to waste the food. They are going to make 140 dinners because I am paying for them. I rather them just give us more dessert. I feel they are still making out. Am I right? Do you have any suggestions?


I also used the hall's hotel for numerous guest and their spa.
