hand painted guest book?

Hi everyone. I have this idea in my head and don't know if it will work out. But I figured I would ask.

For my e-party, I would like to do a guest sign-in book that's special and different. I came up with the line 'Memories, advice and good wishes for the future Mr. and Mrs.' for the cover. We're doing 'a perfect pair' theme so I'd like it to also say our names and a perfect pair. Perhaps also incorporate a picture of us, if that's not asking too much. I found a scrap book at Michael's that has sort of a canvas like cover that would be great for this.

The hand painted image I have in my head looks beautiful, I just dont know if it's possible. Does anyone do something like this?

FIND A PICTURE OF SOME PEARS (FRUIT) PUT THEM UNDER THE SAYING 'A PERFECT PAIR, YOU CAN ONLY PUT SO MUCH ON THE COVER. IF YOU NEED SOME MORE IDEAS JUST E MAIL ME. p.s I JUST BOUGHT SOME GREEN AND PINK GLASS FLOWERS AND LEAVES AT BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY. I FOUND THEM IN THE CLEARANCE DEPT.
