Hawaii Quote please...

My fiance and I would like to depart on July 10, 2005 and stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui for 5 nights and then go to Kauai and stay at the Hyatt Regency for 4 nights. We would like to have breakfast included at both hotels and we'll also need a car rental.
