Help with Photographer

I am having a small reception for 60-70 people in April. I want a photographer that specializes in candid photojournalism shots as well as some posed photos. Since it is only a small reception and no ceremony (I'm getting married in Jamaica) what is the cost of a photographer and videographer for 2-3 hours and what kind of package could I get.
