High centerpieces vs. low: price difference?

I am curious whether there is a significant difference in price between a high and a low centerpiece.

Also, is it reasonable to think that I could get about 15 nice high centerpieces, flowers for a 10-person bridal party (groomsmen and bm's combined), bride, groom, parents, and some flowers to decorate the canopy for about $3000? I don't want anything exotic.
