HM HELP!!!

We are looking to go on our HM from 2/27/05-3/5/05.
We dont want to go to Jamaica. We are going to cancun just a few weeks later with my company (to the Riu Palace de las Americas (went there last year too and LOVED it)). But because of that we arent to sure that we want to go to mexico either.

We want to go somewhere that will have nightlife, but doesnt have to be all honeymooners.

FI and i are pretty laid back. Want to have stuff do do (but not in your face annoying to participate) Looking for something that is AI because we dont want to have to worry about money while we are there.

(one last thing, we would prefer NOT to go to a sandals in st. lucia)

We want to leave from LGA or JFK.

We arent really sure about our budget, but we dont want to go overboard, just get the most for our money and not regret that we didnt go somewhere else...
