Honeymoon Cruise HELP

We are looking for ideas for our honeymoon and need some help. Based on our interests we are leaning towards a cruise but I have never done one before and could really use some recommendations. We were thinking of something about 8 days long. We would like something that at least kind of caters to couples, isnt over run with children, and has some good night life options.
