honeymoon help

My fiance and are are looking to take our honeymoon from 12/28/09-1/6/2010. So far its looking to be a pretty rough week. i'm not sure if the resorts aren't booking that far in advance. We're interested in something all inclusive, no children. We're not too picky on where but I'd like to stay away from the Sandals resorts and anywhere in the bahamas.
