Honeymoon help please

FH and I are not sure where we want to go and are looking at 3 choices. We would leave Tuesday 10/26 and return Friday 11/5 for all destinations.

Choice 1:
Tour of Italy, going to Rome, Venice, Florence and Milan.

Choice 2:
Sandals at St. Lucia for 7 nights then off to Vegas for 3 nights.

Choice 3:
Hawaii, going to Oahu for 2 nights, Maui for 4 nights, Kaui for 2 nights then stopping at Vegas on the way home for 2/3 nights.

Also, how much additional for first class?
