Honeymoon Quote

Hi! I was wondering if someone could possibly quote a honeymoon for us.

We were thinking about New Orleans from June 28, 2006-July 1st and then on July 1st going on a Carnival Cruise to Mexico. As for the hotel in New Orleans, I would prefer to stay not directly in the French Quarters, but within walking distance.

Well..I guess New Orleans is out of the question..what a tragedy that whole hurricane was :(
Well now we're looking at the Occidental Xcaret in Mexico for 6 nights, 7 days. Any quote would be very helpful.
