I am an alum of LIW and am looking for vendors for an event

I am chairing a fundraiser for a Rockville Centre Nursery School. It is an annual ladies night out fundraiser that draws 200 women from the Rockville Centre area. There is no budget for the event. I can only spend what we can raise/solicit. The event is April 7, 2011 at the Rockville Links Club. We are having dinner and drinks followed by a chinese auction of 50 baskets and grand prizes. I am still looking for vendors to donate Centerpieces and entertainment. If there are any vendors interested in getting exposure in the RVC area and advertising/acknowledgment in the program please fm me or email me directly at [email protected]. The event is attended by parents of young children so there are plenty of events in their future; christenings, showers, birthday parties, communions, graduations, etc. It is a super marketing opportunity and we are a non-profit so it is tax deductible. The event is a broadway theme and I am planning on having a different Centerpiece on each table to embody a different broadway show/song. So even if you would be willing to just do a single CP it would be a tremendous help. thank you so much!
