I met witha band from Ken Stevens orchestras and they charge a (ro)

a administration fee of 10% which the salesperson quicky slashed to 5% without me even asking what the fee was for. The vendor then told me that the fee is for all transportation costs. However on the contract it says that its for liablity and disablilty insurance. Is this the normal way of going about business?
