I need Honeymoon help

My fiance and I were planning on HM at Sandals Golf & Spa in St. Lucia. Well, the person who was paying became ill & can no longer pay for our HM. We have a budget of $1500, and can travel between Jan 11 or 12 th & return Jan 19th..... we are not interested in a cruise (FH gets seasick) and would like to go someplace warm with lots of water & other activities (hiking, sailing, etc.)
