Inexpensive Chair Covers

I am looking for a place to rent 150 chair covers for 10/10/2005. I want them for the ceremony & reception and I suppose set up would occur before the ceremony and then during cocktail hour? White with a purple sash is my preference since the table cloths at the hall are white with white satin stripes.

The lowest price we have so far is $3 per person plus 18% service & 8.75% tax = $577. This would be through the hall.

I am trying to find a lower price if possible which would include set up of the chair covers.
