Invitation Help

This is so silly but I really have no clue the order in which to place things in the envelope for the invitations.

I have the Invitation

Reception Card
Response Card
(does that go in the small envelope ? or left separate ? )
Directions

A.
Fold the invitation along the score lines, if needed. If invitation is a flat card, no folding is necessary.


B.
Place tissue over invitation lettering.


C.
Insert invitation into inner, ungummed envelope, if there are no enclosure cards.


D.
Enclosure cards (such as reception, respond and map cards) should lay on top of the tissue face up and are inserted into the inner envelope. Take your respond card and just lay it under the flap of it's envelope. Lay the reception card on top of the respond set and then lay both of those enclosures on top of the invitation face up in a reading position.

E. Address ungummed inside envelope with name only and insert in outer envelope. The name on the inner envelope should face the back of the outer envelopeBased on a right handed person, insert the ensemble into the inner envelope so that it is face up and so as the guest takes it out, they are 'reading it' - flap is not gummed so it is just folded over-not tucked inside! Turn the loaded inner envelope over so that you can see the names of the guests and load into the outer envelope flap to flap.
