Invitation question

What is supposed to be capitilized on the invitation? I seem to remember reading that only proper names should be capitilized on invitations (first and last names, day of the week, month). When I got my proof back the printer capitilzed the T on Two-thousand and the R on the 'reception immediately following' line. I didn't think that was correct.

Hi Lesley,

I always capitalize those words too and the majority of the samples in my books do the same.

I am sure your invitations will be beautiful.

The changes the printer made are correct--in most cases, all my albums capitalize names, Two thousand and three, and Reception if it is on its own line i.e. Reception to follow
