Invitation Question and Quote

I am looking for this invitation( Carlson Craft-CandleLight Collection 5631-40) in ivory on ivory. I have two questions one is if I have a quest list of 185 how many invites do I need? Should I just order 185 to be safe?
I also need a quote on this invite I guess at 185 with a lined envelope, response cards, address on back.
