Invitation Wording...Please Help!!

I think this is going to be my invite:

Two Lives, two hearts
join together in friendship
unite forever in love.
It is with joy that we,
Karen
and
Neal
together with our parents and family blessings
invite you to share in a celebration of love
as we exchange marriage vows on
-----------

Here my big question - how can I include all sets of parents (divorced & re-married) without actually using their names? I would like to take out the word 'family' Any suggestions?

I think the wording that you chose is very beautiful. I think you worded the parents part perfect. It is rather difficult when there are divorces and re-marriages to include all names - as it makes the verse very long.

If you want to take out family you can simply put:

together with our parents blessings
etc.

I agree with Follow Your Heart, however, the only suggestion I have would be:

together with all of our parents blessings

(indicating there is more sets of parents than two)

I think that is beautiful. I actually like the 'family' part because it sounds as though you have a nice, big, close family and that you are including them all, and have all of their blessings!
