Invitations...how many inserts are TOO many inserts?

Invitations...how many inserts are TOO many inserts?

HELP!

I have rooms blocked at 2 hotels. I have the direction card from my hall. I am making direction cards for the church. Now, I just realized that my hall and one of the hotels did not include directions for guests coming from NJ. So, if I make up another card for that, I would have 5 inserts. That's too many, isn't it?

I think that if you can you should combine them by doing the front and back of paper then you'll reduce it to 3 inserts. That's what I did for someone else. So either retype them and do a front and back or try to photocopy what they gave you onto fronts and backs.
