Invite - Thermography Question

I purchased a wedding invitation kit from PC papers from Ampad and I am planning on assembling the invites myself. My question is.....is anyone willing to do just the thermography and I will supply the paper stock I have already purchased. Can anyone give me pricing for what just the printing cost would be for 100 invites, reception cards, and response cards.
