Is it possible to find vendors who can accomodate my budget?

For DJ:

Four hour reception - no need of fancy light displays, etc. Possibly give away package for the kids. Around $800.00

For Video:

Four hour edited video w/two additional DVD's for parents - Around $800-$1000.00

For Photography:

Four hours - professional albumn, two small parents albumns, 75 thank you's, all negatives. Around $1000.00 - $1200.00

Is it possible??
