Is this a reasonable price?

I went to a florist today and I loved everything I saw. I really didn't want to spend more then $1,500-$2,000 but I do need a lot of centerpieces. He said it would be $3,700. That includes....
-6 small boquets & tool for church isle
-rose petals
-2 alter arrangements on stands
-20 tall centerpieces in a large glass vase (mostly lillies&callilillies)
-2 arrangements for coctail area
-1 cascade arrangement for bride table
-4 boquets (me & my girls)
-6 boutinnieres
-8 corsages
-set up & delivery
Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks!
