ISO DOC Intros and Quotes for 6/6/09 Fountainhead

Hi. I am getting married at the Fountainhead in New Rochelle on 6/6/09 and I am looking for a day of coordinator. Basically I have a bunch of DIY projects I want to make sure get placed properly, want to make sure RH doesn't miss anything promised like correct # of CH displays, intermezzo, etc, someone to gracefully tell guests that there will be a childrens room set up for the 1/2 hour ceremony...etc

Nothing too serious- just a bunch of little things.

Please fm with quotes. I work a lot of hours and need a way to narrow my options down.

I promise I am fun to work with and not a bridezilla!

Thanks
