Italian Caterer & Dessert Caterer Needed

I'm having my reception at the Portuguese American Center in Farmingville on Jul y 2, 2011.

My FH is Portuguese and I'm Italian, the PAC caterers Portuguese cuisine and i would like a few Italian dishes also. I'm having around 300 ppl.

The PAC offers fruit, dessert and will cut and serve the wedding cake. I'm also looking to rent a Chocolate foundation and Maybe a candy bar.
