jack and rose!!!!

help! i have been trying to call for 2 days and the phones are busy - every no i have (the 800 #, 718#, 516 # and even 631#!) are you haivng phone trouble??

No trouble.....we were closed as always on sunday and monday, tuesday a huge bridal show...so we were not in......otherwise just busy phones....sorry but sometimes the phones ring for hours and hours and do not slow down til 5-6 or 7

also we had a medical emergency wednesday for a brief period but that shouldn't have affected the busy phones....Sometimes people call at the same time period.....sorry, but we are here to help everyone. you can always send an e-mail to our site, but we do prefer that you call for prompt same day service.
