Last Invite Wording Question - I Swear

I think we are going w/ 'Join us for an outdoor reception by the bay' for our reception card, but not sure what to include next (time or location).

also, is bay supposed to be capital 'B'?

Dear Skew:

First identify the time that they will be going to the reception or if it is immediately after your ceremony.

For Example:

Join us for an
outdoor reception by the bay
at three o'clock in the afternoon
(The Location)
Street Address of location
Town, state (all spelled out)

or

Join us for an
outdoor reception by the bay
immediately following the ceremony
( The Location)
Street Address of Location
Town, State (Spelled out)

I don't think I would capitalize bay.
