Last Minute Airbrush Make up needed

I was just speaking to a friend at work, and a friend of hers just was in a really bad car accident. She was pretty banged up, but she will be ok. The thing is she is gettig married on July 5th and is badly cut on her face and on her upper body, and she is wearing a strapless dress. I immediately thought of airbrushing for her scars she will most likely have. Is there anyone out there that can help with such short notice. I didnt want to mention it to her untill i knew if it was possible to get it done on such short notice.
