Late Honeymoon Help!

My husband and I didn't get to take a honeymoon last July when we were married because he was sick and we are looking to take our honeymoon around our one year anniversary. Ideally, we would like to go to an all-inclusive that also includes spa treatments (massages, etc.). We looked into the Body Holiday at Le Sport on St. Lucia, but it seems a little pricey, although it's exactly what we're looking for - all-inclusive with a lot of relaxation and pampering. We're looking to spend, if possible, less than $3,000, including airfare, but know that might not be possible.

The dates we're looking to go are July 16-22. We do not want to go to Mexico, Hawaii, Jamaica or the Bahamas, if possible, and are open to pretty much any other Caribbean islands. Any quotes would be appreciated. Please let me know if you need more info.
